Das Programm 'Gamma01' aus dem Projekt OpenGammaSpec dient der Auswertung von Gamma - Spektren und ist Open Source und steht unter der GPL - Lizenz.Es zeichnet sich durch viele auch spezielle features aus. 

Installation: Voraussetzungen siehe 'system requirements', das Programm läuft aktuell unter Linux, es gibt eine Fork für Paspberry Pi, entsprechend langsamer als ein gut ausgestatteter Rechner, lässt sich aber gut in Geräte integrieren.
Neu: das Programm lässt sich jetzt unter Windows 11 kompilieren und ist gleichermaßen lauffähig.

Laden Sie die Dateien in den Ordner Download herunter. Entpacken Sie die Datei Gamma.tar.bz2 bzw. Gamma.zip (der Inhalt ist gleich). 

Linux: Führen Sie das Script Install_Gamma.sh aus. In Home - Verzeichnis wird ein Verzeichnis 'Gamma' angelegt. Legen Sie einen Starter an: Name: OpenGammaSpec, Befehl: startGamma.sh Bild: Gamma01.ico.

Windows: Kopieren Sie den Ordner ‚Gamma‘ in Ihr Benutzerverzeichnis. Legen Sie einen Starter an (Verzeichnis: Benutzerverzeichnis\Gamma, Datei: Benutzerverzeichnis\Gamma\Gamma01.exe). 

Wenn Sie das Programm starten erscheint ein Fenster, drücken Sie auf Start. Jetzt bemerkt das Programm, dass sie 'Pfade' nicht richtig und bietet eine automatische Reparatur an. Wenn Sie dieser Reparatur für das User - Verzeichnis und das Programm - Verzeichnis zustimmen, wird die Initialisierungsdatei entsprechend korrigiert. Der nächste Start erfolgt ohne Nachfragen.

Hinweis: Bei einem langsamen Rechnern dauert der Startvorgang ziemlich lange, nicht verzweifeln, danach geht es schneller. Im Zweifelsfall in der 'Systenüberwachung' nachsehen, ob der Rechner noch aktiv ist.

Installation: System requirements: PC, system memory at least 8 GB, more is better. It runs on a raspberry Pi also (compiling from the source is needed). Download the file ‘Gamma.tar.bz2 to your Downloads folder and extract there. New: A windows version is avaiable.

Linux: Then execute the file ‘install_Gamma.sh’. That will create in your home folder a new folder named ‘Gamma’ and copy the needed files. Create on your desktop a ‘starter’: name: OpenGammaSpec’, statement: startGamma.sh, image: Gamma01.ico. 

Windows: Copy the Folder ‘Gamma’ in your user directory. Make a starter with target file ‘Gamma01.exe’ in this new directory.

If you start the program appears a window, press ‘Start’ in the main menu. Now the program detects, that some path entries in the initialization file are wrong and asks for automatic repair. If you accept, the initialization file will repaired. Next time should everything be OK:
