OpenBidKit, also known as Yibiao, is a free, open-source AI-powered application designed to automate business tender preparation and proposal writing. It analyzes tender documents and generates technical proposals, commercial bid content, and structured responses. Users can expand existing documents, manage multiple bid sections, and reuse company information from local knowledge bases. The application supports AI-generated illustrations, Mermaid diagrams, and configurable Word document exports. Its verification tools examine consistency, duplicated content, spelling mistakes, logical errors, and potential disqualification conditions. OpenBidKit integrates OpenAI-compatible APIs and local models through Ollama or LM Studio. Built with Electron, React, and TypeScript, it also provides resumable background tasks and customizable AI workflows.
