OfflineInsiderEnroll is a Windows command script that enables Windows Insider Program access without requiring the PC to be signed in with a Microsoft account. It supports Windows 11 and Windows 10 version 1809 or later. The script runs with administrator privileges and presents selectable Insider channels from the command prompt. It configures the system by modifying relevant registry values and enabling Microsoft Flight Signing when needed. Users may need to restart the PC before Insider Preview builds become available. The script can also restore default Insider settings and stop receipt of preview builds.
