Added a plugin for Wireshark 2.0.x on OSX. 

Due to some changes between 1.10/1.12 and 2.0, the CRC field will often show
an informational message that it cannot be validated and some of the ATT
messages will show 'UnknownDirection'. Working with the Wireshark developers
on both of these but apart from that, the plugin works like the previous one.

Added support for the Adafruit "Bluefruit LE Sniffer" (and any other chips presenting as that type of serial device)

Added code to try a second match on the wireshark/tshark string if the first doesn't work. Previously only the release
versions were matched, this falls back to believing whatever comes directly after the 'tshark' text
