This is a proposal to develop an application for mobile WiFi devices. In light of what happed in Iran and what is happening in Egypt I see a very real need for this software do be created. The APP is to run in the background searching for other devices running the APP with the group+key you are part of. When your device contacts another device running the APP with a group that you are part of your WiFi device downloads messages that you do not have and uploads messages the the other device dose not have.
