  • I've been using n8n at work for about three months, mostly to automate some of our marketing tasks. The first workflow I built pulls new contacts from HubSpot and adds them to a Mailchimp audience automatically. Before I set that up, I was doing it manually every morning... probably 20 to 30 minutes of checking for new leads and copying them over. Not difficult, just repetitive. Getting that off my plate was worth the setup time.
  • Great once you get past the initial setup Been using n8n at work for about two months now, mostly to take care of some repetitive marketing stuff that used to eat up part of my morning. The first thing I built pulls new leads from our CRM and pushes them into our email platform. Not a groundbreaking workflow or anything, but doing it by hand every day was genuinely annoying so it's nice to have that off my plate. The visual layout is one of the things I actually appreciate. When something breaks, you can usually tell which node caused it instead of just getting a generic failure and having to guess. I also used the HTTP Request node a couple times to connect a tool we use internally that doesn't have its own integration. That part was less painful than I expected, once I got the authentication sorted. Took some trial and error, but it got there.
  • Been using n8n for maybe two months now, mostly to cut down on the repetitive stuff our marketing team keeps having to do manually. The first thing I set up was a workflow that pulls new leads from our CRM and drops them into our email platform automatically. Before that I was logging into both systems every morning and doing it by hand, which wasn't the end of the world but got old fast. Having that taken care of now is a small thing, but it adds up.
  • Took some effort to learn but worth it Been using n8n for maybe a month now, mostly to handle some of the repetitive marketing stuff at work. The main thing I wanted to fix was constantly copying data between our CRM and email platform, it was one of those tasks that eats 20 minutes without you noticing until you've done it every day for a week.
  • Good automation tool, but the learning curve is real Been using n8n for a few months to cut down on repetitive marketing tasks. The first workflow I built takes new form submissions, adds them to Google Sheets, and pings Slack so nobody has to check manually. Simple, but it's saved more time than I expected. The visual editor is genuinely useful, when something breaks, you can actually trace through and see where it went wrong. The HTTP Request node has also been a lifesaver for tools that don't have native integrations.
