The file named "ptt" in this folder contains a precompiled executable of "ptt" for Raspberry Pi 4b or Raspberry Pi 5 hardware that can be used with today's 64-bit "Raspberry Pi OS" desktop operating systems using "arm" hardware, so you won't need to compile from source code if you are running on a Raspbery Pi. Just download "ptt", mark it as executable, and copy it into your global "unix system services" (/usr/bin) folder for global access from anywhere in your filesystem. You will also need two shell scripts that you can find in these download archives. They are named: 1 of 2: mumbletalk.sh 2 of 2: mumblelisten.sh You must mark those two shell scripts as "executable" according to longstanding linux norms, and you must copy them into a folder within your execution path. One way to do this is to use root privileges to copy them into your global /usr/bin folder. After you've copied those three files (compiled "ptt" executable and 2 scripts) as described, any application that wants it can automatically invoke it at /usr/bin/ptt with a simple reference to "ptt" according to longstanding UNIX/LINUX norms.
