A very interesting program, which is translated into many languages, including Russian. And even there is a certificate, even in Russian. However, how to use the program is not clear at all. Even with the test installer, the program did not understand the default at all. How and where to add program files, the executable understood, and the rest did not understand. In a couple of places you can insert a zip archive, but the program does not take it.
