The software builds 3D models of chromosomes or genome given chromosomal contacts data such as Hi-C, TCC, 5C. MOGEN was tested on simulated datasets. Using real Hi-C data of a human cell line, MOGEN built models that are consistent with knowledge about the genome of the cell line.
