Unzip the folder and place it wherever you want on your file system. Simply running the miRStressStandAlone.exe will open the program.

Don't remove any files from the folder as this may cause the application to cease functioning.

/Database:
	Contains a csv file with miRStress data seperated by '|'.

/Help:
	Contains the help document.

/Images:
	Contains the miRstress logo.

/SourceCode:
	Contains the python source code. On Unix systems (e.g. Linux) you can run the miRStressStandAlone.py
	file from the terminal. The Python Image Library must be installed for the program to run.


Ver 2.1:

	Fixed error when using source code to run miRStress. Now looks in the correct directories.
