Max IEC Gateway connects Modbus devices to SCADA systems. It reads meters, inverters, PLCs and drives over Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU (RS-485/RS-232) or RTU over TCP, and serves the data as an IEC 60870-5-104 or IEC 60870-5-101 controlled station (slave).
Map registers to IEC points in a web dashboard: single and double points (also from register bits), measured values, step positions, bitstrings and energy counters, with any byte order, scaling, deadbands and time tags. SCADA commands are written back to Modbus with select-before-operate and a configurable select timeout.
Every change applies live, without a restart. Includes 9 device templates, CSV import/export, a traffic monitor, trends, IP allow-list and password-protected dashboard. Runs as a Windows service or Linux systemd service.
