MagicMirror is an open-source desktop application for AI-powered face swapping and appearance experimentation. Users can drag and drop photos to preview different faces, hairstyles, and outfits without configuring a complex generation workflow. Processing is performed entirely offline, so source images do not need to leave the local computer. The project is designed to run on ordinary hardware without a dedicated GPU and keeps its installer and model footprint relatively small. It combines a web-style interface with Tauri and Python-based image processing components. MagicMirror supports macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later, and it is intended for personal creative and entertainment use rather than impersonation or deceptive content.
