The files stored here are "shell scripts", formatted for compatility with the well-known LINUX "bash shell". Each script will automate the process of downloading and installing the current production version of Linux Air Combat according to its descriptive name. There are different scripts for different versions of the Raspberry Pi, and each has a descriptive name with sufficient detail to guide your appropriate choice according to your hardware. Choose among them to support installation on: 1- Raspberry Pi 4b or 400 (32-bit) ("Raspian OS") 2- Raspberry Pi 4b, 400, 5, or 500 (64-bit) ("Raspberry Pi OS") After downloading one of the files published here, follow these steps according to long-established, well-known LINUX norms: 1- fire up a bash shell. 2- cd to the "folder" or directory where you downloaded the file. 3- use "ls -l" to ensure that the "x" ("executable") attribute has been set, and use "chmod +x [filename.sh] to set it as executable if necessary. 4- execute the downloaded shell script file by typing its name preceeded by ./ according to well-established LINUX norms. 5- Carefully read all of the resulting prompting text and watch as Linux Air Combat is downloaded, compiled, linked, and installed on your system. You will have time to read a description of each important step before it is executed, and if you see a problem, you can always abort the process by pressing CTRL-C. Most people won't need to interrupt the process at all. After LAC is installed on your Raspberry Pi, you can exercise it as described in our online documentation here: https://askmisterwizard.com/2019/LinuxAirCombat/LacOnlineDocs.htm
