Currently it has two features:
1. A windows utility to start processes/applications in certain intervals, if they are not running
2. Checks for CPU and MEM usage for certain values (values defined by user), and if they exceed, you'll get a notification to perform action: terminate,add to whitelist. Optionally you can check AutoKill for both, CPU and MEM usage.
