Laila.BalloonTip

Just add the Nuget package Laila.BalloonTip, put the control in your XAML and set the PlacementTarget, Placement, PopupAnimation, Timeout and Text or ContentTemplate and optionally the HorizontalOffset properties. You can also redefine the whole balloon through the BalloonTemplate property.
