VoIPmonitor is open source network packet sniffer with commercial frontend for SIP SKINNY MGCP RTP and RTCP VoIP protocols running on linux. VoIPmonitor is designed to analyze quality of VoIP call based on network parameters - delay variation and packet loss according to ITU-T G.107 E-model which predicts quality on MOS scale. Calls with all relevant statistics are saved to MySQL or ODBC database. Optionally each call can be saved to pcap file with either only SIP / SKINNY protocol or SIP/RTP/RTCP/T.38/udptl protocols. NoiseGator is a light-weight noise gate application that routes audio through an audio input to an audio output. In real-time the audio level is analysed and if the average level is higher than the threshold the audio bypasses as normal. However, if the average level goes below the threshold, the gate closes and the audio is cut. When used with a virtual audio cable it can act as a noise gate for a either a sound input(microphone) or sound output(speakers). JDA strives to provide a clean and full wrapping of the Discord REST api and its Websocket-Events for Java. This library is a helpful tool that provides the functionality to create a discord bot in java. Discord is currently prohibiting the creation and usage of automated client accounts (AccountType.CLIENT). We have officially dropped support for client login as of version 4.2.0! Note that JDA is not a good tool to build a custom discord client as it loads all servers/guilds on startup, unlike a client which does this via lazy loading instead. If you need a bot, use a bot account from the Application Dashboard. Creating the JDA Object is done via the JDABuilder class. After setting the token and other options via setters, the JDA Object is then created by calling the build() method. When build() returns, JDA might not have finished starting up. However, you can use await ready() on the JDA object to ensure that the entire cache is loaded before proceeding.

OpenLTE is an open source implementation of the 3GPP LTE specifications. Currently, octave code is available for test and simulation of downlink transmit and receive functionality and uplink PRACH transmit and receive functionality. In addition, GNU Radio applications are available for downlink transmit and receive to and from a file, downlink receive using rtl-sdr, HackRF, or USRP B2X0, LTE I/Q file recording using rtl-sdr, HackRF, or USRP B2X0, and a simple eNodeB using USRP B2X0. The current focus is on extending the capabilities of the GNU Radio applications and adding capabilities to the simple base station application (LTE_fdd_enodeb).

SIMCardManager is Windows tool that can read a SIM card information (ICCID, IMSI, Pin states) and SIM card content : phone book (ADN), Fixed dialing (FDN) and SMS messages. It also enables you to authenticate with PIN when activated and export SIM card content to text files. You need to have a PC/SC compatible smart card reader or dongle with SIM slot. A PHP library for parsing, formatting, storing and validating international phone numbers. This library is based on Google's libphonenumber. This library will try to follow the same version numbers as Google. There could be additional releases where needed to fix critical issues that can not wait until the next release from Google. This does mean that this project may not follow Semantic Versioning, but instead Google's version policy. As a result, jumps in major versions may not actually contain any backward-incompatible changes. Please read the release notes for such releases. This library uses phone number metadata from Google's libphonenumber. If this library is working as intended, it should provide the same result as the Java version of Google's project. If you believe that a phone number is returning an incorrect result, first test it with libphonenumber via their Online Demo.
