jdw argv[]

'jdw_argv.php' is an argv processing support script for PHP.

'jdw_argv.php' will give you the ability to accept CLI argv option/value pairs as single 'char' or longer 'word' specifiers, and to be of a specified 'type', and can take the form:

-option=value
--option=value

-option value
--option value

-o
--option

-ovalue (for char options only, with a single minus)
