Written in C#, using WPF and shows an implementation of MVVM with a few attached behaviors to keep the code behind truly clean.

Use right and left arrow keys to scan through images
Use up and down arrow keys to zoom in/zoom out
Use numpad and keyboard to sort without using the mouse
