IceHrm is a human resource management system for small and medium-sized organizations. It covers employee records, company structure and org charts, leave management, time and attendance, overtime, projects and timesheets, and an employee self-service portal, all behind a modern single-page interface with dark mode and a mobile-friendly layout.
The backend is PHP and the frontend is React. A modular architecture, an extension system and a REST API make it easy to extend and customize. It can be self-hosted, or used as a fully managed service at https://icehrm.com.

A useful application with a nice UI. Even though is is currently having not having all the features required for an HRM Application, it seem like developing extension modules on ice hrm is far easier than doing the same thing on anyother open source hrm software.

Tried the demo, but none of the accounts (admin, emp01, emp02, emp03) would login using the password "demo".
