Very easy to use to determine colony sizes from raw EMAP images for use with the freely available EMAP toolbox. Simply direct the program to process a folder of .jpgs and it will output data matrices for use with the matlab toolbox. Additionally, the program generates a list of potentially incorrect files which you can inspect and then manually re-process any of the individual images.
