Headset is a desktop music player designed for discovering and listening to music through YouTube and Reddit. It provides integrated YouTube searching, allowing users to find songs, albums, performances, and other audio content. Its home screen organizes popular music by genres and eras to simplify discovery. The application also features Reddit-powered radio stations that automatically play songs shared in music-focused communities. Users can save favorite tracks, organize collections, and follow playlists or channels. Optional Last.fm integration supports music scrobbling and listening history tracking. Headset offers light and dark themes and synchronization between computers through user accounts. Available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, its Electron client is open source, although the complete service is not.
