[Options]
Argument 1 -> Name of the input fasta/fastaq file
Argument 2 -> Sequence Limit (optional)(Default: 999999999)
Argument 3 -> Usable scaffold length (optional)(Default: 2500)
Argument 4 -> Number of Nucliotide to spit into contigs (optional)(Default: 25)
Argument 5 -> Genome size (optional)
