geda-gaf-py3

This copy of gEDA/gaf has been ported to Python 3. Upstream gEDA/gaf targeted Python 2 (with various workarounds to keep it building on 2.x); that is no longer required here. All Python code, the C extension modules, and the build system have been migrated, so this tree builds and runs against Python 3 (3.0+, 3.9 or later recommended) and does NOT need Python 2 or the old pygtk bindings. Build with PYTHON pointing at python3, e.g.:

./configure PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3
