Assign a .ico file permanent to a folder. Meaning it stays if you move it to another pc and/or format. This was started as a personal project and I thought you may use it.

i have a problem. i can download this software.. i tried in my PC and Laptop. i can't download this one.. but i have tried to download other programs from sourceforge and its all downloading fine... if anything wrong with the download like plz fix...

This has been perfect I have Anime and the icons for those Anime's and what happens when a friend comes over and has 2TB and wants everything and the icons assigned go away, you turn to this pro guy that made this program My Gratitude!!!
