Flutter Wonderous is a showcase / reference app built by gskinner in collaboration with the Flutter team. It is a visually rich exploration app that presents information about some of the world’s most famous structures (the “wonders”) with interactive timelines, artifacts, animations, and transitions. Its purpose is both educational (users can learn about the culture, history, architecture) and illustrative (demonstrating what high-fidelity, expressive UI and animation are possible using Flutter).

- Artifact gallery display with zoom, pan, full-screen images
- High-quality custom transitions and animations between screens
- Support for day / night or themed modes (e.g. visual variation)
- Web deployment using WASM (WebAssembly) for Flutter Web support
- Use of Impeller rendering on iOS by default (experimental performance engine)
