win32: Compiled package for WIN32 and WIN64 systems. Verified to run on WIN7 and Windows XP. Run from folder.
linux32: Compiled package for Linux 32 Bit systems. Verified to run under Ubuntu 12.04. Run from folder.

Changes in V2.1
- Experimental ship acceleration/stall indicator (only when started with -F).
- Experimental background scroll plane with mountains or starfield (only when started with -F).
- Graphical remaining ships/progress display (only when started with -F).
- Put a gradient on landscape and background (only when started with -F or -FF).
