Add an executable or batch file command with icon and position in context menu.
Add link to a webpage command with icon and position in context menu.
Add a file with command < i.e. the executable which will run the file ex : Windows Media Player for mp3 files > with icon and position in context menu.
Delete existing item which you added but don't like.
