User Reviews

  • Downgrade to v0.68 works fine.
  • Close down everything and be ready to reboot after installing, because even if you choose "No - I'll restart later" when you click Finish the installer reboots the computer (Win10 Pro x64). Easy install, but even though I selected to run the service at startup, it did not start by itself after reboot, so I had to start the service myself, and the startup type was set to Manual in services.msc, so I had to also set it to delayed start and save the changes. Oh, and the service is named Ext2Srv, *not* Ext2Fsd. Haven't troubleshot much, but it does not appear to be reading the EXT4 formatted linux drive I just plugged into the USB 3.1 port. :(
  • The best Ext2-4 driver for Windows
  • Thanks a lot for this! But does it work with windows 8? I tried new free Paragon extfs driver for windows and that driver support ext2/3/4 as well as works with windows 8. Great!
