Expert Package Manager is Command line utility for ubuntu to download and
install packages offline

Many ubuntu users dont have internet connection to download packages directly
from internet using apt or Ubuntu Software Center
So I Developed this utility program which can create shell file to download
your package with all required dependencies compatible for your ubuntu version
and architecture
