ethwake

This programm can turn on computers over the network by specifying the Link-Layer address of
the destination computer. It is able to wake up a computer from the ACPI-states S3, S4 and
S5 and put it into action. Therefor it standardly generates a message matching the
Magic Packet structure, specified by AMD, and sends it over the network.
