Ideal CRM for small and mid-size businesses! We’ve been using EspoCRM (self-hosted) for about 8 months in our B2B services company. It has become a central part of our operations for managing leads and accounts and tracking projects. We use it to automate lead capture from website forms and then send nurturing follow-ups automatically using workflows. It improved our sales process, as the system prevents us from forgetting about leads. It's also very customization-friendly. Entity Manager allows you to edit layouts and create custom fields and new entities to store your business information with no coding required. For more advanced use cases when you need custom integrations, we’ve used webhooks and the REST API without major issues. Overall, if you have a tech-savvy team or a developer, you can shape it into exactly what your business needs.

An excellent tool for startups and small businesses. We use this platform to run our small event planning agency. It covers all our basic needs: client and suppliers data management, invoicing, organization of documents and contracts, tracking calls, appointments, emails, tasks and lots of other things. One of the biggest benefits of this platform over others was the fact that its truly easy to navigate and customize. Our staff learned how to use it in several days and we managed to add custom fields and entities to store additional information. We also integrated it with our website and it streamlined lead management a lot. Now, leads that enter their data into the web form are automatically captured and saved as leads in our CRM platform. It helps us not to miss a single sales opportunity.

Excellent platform! That's the best and most performative tool for small businesses. As a user that has been using it for several years already, I'd like to admit that it's one of the most intuitive platforms I used. It has a simple, pleasing and uncluttered interface that is easy to navigate, so you don't have to spend ages learning how to actually use its features. As for the functionality, I really enjoy using its tools for sales pipeline management and marketing automation, yet I'd like to single out its BPM and workflow tools. They are really a saving time lifeline. With their help, we managed to automate the entire sequence of tasks like sending status update follow-ups, updating records, creating tasks and calls, etc.
