Encrust is a free, open-source slicer for MSLA and SLA resin 3D printers. It checks every layer of the file it writes for islands, suction cups, thin walls and hard peel before you print, and that check runs in the same pass as the slice: a million-triangle model is sliced, written and checked in 0.72 seconds on an eight-core computer.
Supports, hollowing, drain holes, auto-orientation and a command line are all included. There's no paid tier, no account and no cloud, and your files never leave your computer. Encrust runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and in the browser at encrust.app/app.
Encrust is in alpha. The whole pipeline works and has printed real parts, but only one printer (ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra) is confirmed so far. Start other printers with a small calibration print.
