Manually digitized 20 points, but it only exports 3. If you click on something in help, then when opening help again it opens what you last looked at and there is no way to go back

I saw a number of comments complaining about a missing .dll file. I saw the same thing. But when I looked on my desktop, there was an icon. I double clicked the icon and the software works. Try this!
