Defalto CRM is exactly the kind of modern open-source CRM we were looking for. The system looks great, feels fast, and is very easy to work with. Installation took only a few minutes, and the core features were ready immediately. The ability to generate PDFs directly from the CRM and send emails without additional plugins is a huge productivity boost.
