CyCells is an agent-based molecular simulator that allows explicit representation of cells. This allows for models that properly simulate spatial effects of cell-cell interaction as well as cell-molecule interaction.

QtCyCells uses Qt4 to manage its GUI. Qt4 is cross-platform, although CyCells is primarily used in Linux environments.
