Codex Taskboard

Codex Taskboard is a local-first issue board for organizing development work performed with Codex and related agent workflows. It runs in a browser and can also be embedded directly into Codex through a dedicated launcher or injection script. Projects and issues are stored locally in SQLite and can be managed through both a React interface and the taskctl command-line tool. A bundled Codex Skill teaches agents to inspect issues, change workflow states, verify work, and wait for user acceptance before marking tasks complete. The same local HTTP API powers both the graphical interface and CLI. Native desktop packaging bundles the service, interface, Skill, CLI wrapper, and injection tooling for easier operation. It supports local, LAN, and optional cloud-connected workflows while keeping local path handling on the device.
