this release: same install
We have new rc.S and rc.0/6.  Instructions in INSTALL 
file of release to create the user space in tmpfs.
This is a /home/user in tmpfs, loaded with files
from /storage/skel with rw access to /storage.


last release: ~210Mb install
Updates run-control scripts to move image to readonly
root fs.  Instructions for moving some files out of
etc/.  You will need to make these changes on the
image built from the prior releases beginning with 03.
