Finally, COI tracking that doesn't require a full-time hire We manage 40+ vendors across three properties. Before CertShield, we tracked certificates in a shared Google Sheet — half were expired and nobody knew. CertShield's AI reads the ACORD forms, flags gaps in coverage or endors****ts, and chases vendors for renewals automatically in English and Spanish. Setup took maybe 10 minutes. What I like most: The review queue shows the original PDF side-by-side with what the AI extracted, so I can approve verdicts in seconds instead of squinting at a certificate myself. Chase emails go out without me lifting a finger, and vendors don't need a login to respond. What could be better: SMS reminders are coming soon but not live yet. Would love a direct AppFolio integration eventually. Who it's for: Property managers or GCs with 10–200 vendors who can't justify an eight-thousand-dollar-a-year enterprise contract but still need real compliance coverage. Starts at ninety-nine dollars a month, no annual lock-in.
