CD++ is a tool for Discrete-Event modeling & simulation, based on DEVS/Cell-DEVS formalisms. More information on DEVS and Cell-DEVS, is at http://www.sce.carleton.ca/faculty/wainer. CD++ is implemented using C++ and runs on Linux OS, and Windows/Cygwin.
