When the user is supposed to choose and combine the techniques in Weka, it is very likely it is impossible to come up with the best choice unless the user is an expert in data mining as well as knowledgeable about the characteristics of the concerned dataset. The initial choices are already applied in system’s implementation and the rest of the choices are made by the system itself during the training

While Weka is a generalised solution for datamining problems, this application focuses on medical domain. This removes the unnecessary overheads that is introduced in Weka.
