UPDATE 4 Mar: Hi all! Borderlands 3 skill tree will not be happening soon. It might be an interesting project for me later to practice tkinter more. Recently Borderlands 3 had a rough 'release'. If you were looking forward to it, in the mean time I would highly recommend https://bl3skills.com/. This guy did a great job with B3 and the B2 skill tree. Props to him.
