A Windows service that create backups of files when they change.
boc stands for Backup On Change.
It was tested on Windows XP (x86), Windows 7 (x86), Windows Server 2003 (x86) & Windows Server 2008 (x64).
It should run on Vista too.

Requirements: .Net Framework Version 2
