BloxBoost is a free, lightweight Windows tool that raises frame rates in games running on low-end and mid-range PCs.
Pick a preset, press Boost, start the game. BloxBoost writes a curated set of engine performance flags, clears the cache and raises the process priority, so you get smoother frames without editing configuration files by hand.
Four presets cover the range: Ultra FPS for the weakest laptops, High FPS, Quality, and Balanced as the everyday default. The frame cap is lifted from the usual 60 up to 144, 240, 360 or unlimited depending on the preset, through the standard target-FPS setting rather than any patched binary.
You also get direct control over the expensive parts of the picture: render backend, lighting tier, MSAA, post-processing, shadows, terrain grass and composited textures. Vulkan is used where it wins, and Direct3D 11 is always kept as a safe fallback.
Free and open source under the MIT licence. Small MSI installer, no ads, no telemetry.
