Bamformatics

The Bamformatics project aims to provide a coherent and consistent approach to analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. Its toolkit includes, among others, programs to identify variants and to compute various types genomic tracks. It also provides a graphical user interface to facilitate general bioinformatic workflows.
