Native Windows music player with catalogue search, a local library and audio caching.

Auricle 0.1.4 is built with Rust and Slint, with no Electron or embedded browser. Search the YouTube Music catalogue across songs, albums, artists and playlists with suggestions and previews. Follow artists locally, save albums and playlists, and use right-click menus for artist/album navigation and queue actions. Playback controls include play, pause, seek and volume, with queue and autoplay. Likes and listening history stay on your device. A size-limited local audio cache defaults to 500 MB. Minimize to the Windows system tray while playback continues.

This is an early Windows release. Streaming availability depends on external services and optional yt-dlp and ffmpeg add-ons, installed at the user's discretion and not bundled or redistributed. Auricle is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Free software under GNU GPLv3.
