Kyle's Game Engine download

This is a small project I have been working on in my spare time for enrichment. This used to compile for Sony PSP, but too much functionality has been added sense the last PSP build to compile. Development happens on a tiny netbook and my custom built gaming rig. The goal is to make it playable on the Netbook, and currently acceptable on a capable machine.

Project Samples

First major PC build. Introduced the Player; collision detection, animation, and useable Items

Performance update, LOD algorithm simplifies meshes polygon count, collision tweaks, lighting tweaks, render cores handle different OpenGL versions.

Materials have physical properties such as dencity and friction. Using features up to OpenGL 2.0, better physics, more robust.

Performance update, large open worlds now possible. Many bugfixes, added utilities to aid content creation.
