Criado para o controle dos pais, este sistema tem por finalidade proporcionar segurançã e privacidade na hora de navegar na internet, filtrando conteúdos inadequados para crianças e adolecentes não permitindo a visualisação destes conteúdos de maneira alguma. Tambem traz segurança para o computador do usuario geralmente estas paginas trazem junto softwares mal intencionados (malware) que são instalados secretamente sem que o usuario saiba. Aspire tambem traz ferramentas para controlar uso de redes sociais e MSN permitindo que seu acesso seja controlado.
