Simple relays driver via USB serial connection.
Easy to customize / expand to fulfill any need.
Actually developed to switch RF relays in my SatNOGS remote node, to permit to use different antennas on different bands.

- vers 2: code cleanup and modified with the possibility of enable / disable banner and echo report back via serial ( better explanation into README )
