Length of passwords selectable
Type of characters in passwords selectable, excludable, and requireable
Individual character exclusion
Random generation or pronunciation based algorithm selectable
Genetation and Cryption of passwords
User salt adds more "real" randomness to generation
Dictionaries and Filters to filter out common passwords
