AgentPay

AgentPay is an x402 payment rail for AI agents. Any endpoint can charge per call in USDC on Base: the agent's HTTP request gets a 402 response naming the price and facilitator, the payer's wallet signs an EIP-712 authorization, and the facilitator verifies and settles on-chain. Includes a public facilitator (verify, settle, cost preview), a directory of AI services and endpoints, settlement-failure insurance for resource providers, payout netting, and a spend-authority budget model for agent owners.
